The Practice operates a repeat prescription service from the dispensary in both surgeries. You will be informed when your repeat prescriptions will need renewing, so please make an appointment in good time to ensure a continuous supply of medication.
Please note:
- 48 hours (2 working days) notice is required for repeat prescriptions.
- This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays as both surgeries are closed at these times.
- Please take care to order in advance if you have travel/holiday plans or if there is a bank holiday
Please ensure that you double check your medication is correct on collection from the Surgery. If you live more than a mile away from the practice we might be able to dispense to you, please ask the dispensary team for more infomration.

Please leave a voicemail message on 01600 713 353 to re-order your medication. This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not ring the main reception number to order repeat medication over the phone as this ties up the lines for emergencies, |

- Repeat prescriptions will be issued on a 28 day cycle.
- For emergency medication outside normal surgery times please contact GP Out of Hours Service on 111

If you need details of a pharmacy that is open out of hours (i.e. after 5:30pm Monday to Saturday and on Sundays/Bank Holidays) go to the NHS Direct website, scroll down to ‘Filter by’, select ‘Out of Hours Service’ and enter your town or postcode in the search box provided. This will provide you with a list of your local pharmacies and their opening times - Please do not order medication if it is not required
